Carlos Cuervo is a young cinematographer based in Madrid. He has shot award-winning shortfilms, music videos and commercials.

His graduation film, Chiquita Piconera, was part of Camerimage’s Official Selection 2024 in Film and Art School Etudes Panorama and won Best Cinematography in Evolution Mallorca International Film Festival 2024.

Carlos combines his work as cinematographer with his personal studies on color science and history of cinematography, having written articles the magazine Camera and Light.
